Undeveloped Parks

 

Barrington Court is located at 77th Avenue and Barrington in Pensacola. There are no amenities in this open space.

Beggs Lane Park is a one-half-acre undeveloped parcel at the end of Beggs Lane in Pensacola. There are no plans to develop this park.

Brenda is a one-acre parcel located at Brenda and Sandra Avenue in Pensacola. There are no amenities at this open space.

Chimes Way is an undeveloped three-acre park located at 5002 Chimes Way in Pensacola. There are currently no active recreational amenities at this site.

Corry Park II is a one-half-acre parcel located at Cavalier and Delray in Warrington. This park is currently undeveloped.

Doug Ford Park is an 18-acre undeveloped park located at 55 Doug Ford Drive in the Perdido Key area. This environmentally sensitive property is scheduled for limited development in 2003. Plans include a picnic pavilion and a scenic overlook area to view the southeast portion of Perdido Bay.

Fairway Park is located on a small parcel at Fairway and Country Club Drive in Pensacola. This park is currently undeveloped.

Forte Estates Park is a one-half-acre undeveloped parcel located at 77th Avenue and Barrington in Pensacola. There are no recreational amenities at this site.
Lexington Terrace is a 30-acre undeveloped park located off of Old Corry Field Road in Warrington. This park will be developed as a regional park serving a variety of recreational and social needs for people in the Warrington area. Park construction is scheduled for sometime in 2004.
Magnolia Park is a two-acre undeveloped parcel located at 820 W. Detroit in Pensacola. There are currently no active recreational amenities at this site.
Mayfair II is an undeveloped parcel located at 268 Fennel Drive in Pensacola. There currently are no active recreational amenities available at this site.
Meadowbrook Park II is a one-acre undeveloped park located at 16 Feldor Drive in Pensacola. There currently are no active recreational amenities available at this site.
Oak Park is a one-acre park located at Spruce and Hickory Street in Pensacola. This park is currently undeveloped.
Oakfield Acres Park II is an undeveloped two-acre parcel located at 6411 White Oak Drive in Pensacola. The property currently has no active recreational amenities.
Osceola Parks II and III are small undeveloped parcels located at Talladega and Cherokee Trail in Pensacola. There are currently no plans for future development.

Perdido Garden is a one-half-acre undeveloped park located at Perdido Garden Subdivision in the Perdido Key area. This is a waterfront site with no amenities at this time.
Perdido Manor is one-half-acre undeveloped park located at Perdido Manor Subdivision in Perdido Key area. There are no recreational amenities at the site at this time.
Pine Valley is a five-acre parcel located on Fridinger Drive in Pensacola. This property is currently undeveloped.
Raines Terrace Park is an undeveloped one and one-half-acre park located at Cedarwood Village and Raines Street in Pensacola. There are no recreational amenities at the site at this time.
South Fairfield Park is a one-acre park located at the end of South Fairfield in Pensacola. It is an undeveloped waterfront property that does have trash receptacles and security lights.

Spanish Trail Park is a one-third-acre undeveloped field located off of Olive Road in Pensacola. There are no active recreation amenities available at this site.

St. Augustine Park is a one-half-acre park located at St. Augustine and St. Elmo in Pensacola. This site is currently undeveloped and there are no active recreation amenities available at this time.

Star Lake is a median located at Star Lake Drive in Warrington. There are no active recreation amenities available at this site.

University Parkway One and Two are traffic divider medians located at University Parkway in Pensacola. The Escambia County Parks and Recreation Department currently provides irrigation and mowing services to these areas.

Willard Brown Nature Park is a 75-acre nature park located at Highway 97 and Britt Lane in Cantonment. This park project is currently under development and is not yet open to the public.

Yoakum Court is a one-half-acre parcel located at Yoakum Court in Pensacola. This property is currently undeveloped and contains no active recreational amenities.
