PROCEDURES FOR OBTAINING PERMITS:

Land Disturbance, Tree Removal, and Sand/Fill Permits are all addressed on the same application. All applications need a site address, property reference number, and contact information for the owner/agent for reference by NESD staff. Each application should include detailed description of proposed activities on the property/parcel. Applications need an original signature of the applicant and a site map or attached drawing of proposed activities. Applications are addressed in the order submitted and NESD staff will contact the applicant if any additional information is needed concerning the project. At the completion of the permitting process, someone from NESD office will contact the applicant for permit pickup. Fees are required for permits and will be collected at time of permit pickup.
